Hi Chickasaw Trails homeowners, the problem you’re dealing right now is Shawn Thornton and Wayne Kuberiet (tattoos & piercings). They get jealous people own houses. They pick whoever own the house longest in Chickasaw Trails. It means that house close to pay off or paid off. Shawn Thornton is having financial trouble, so do Kuberiet? Many people died because of them… heart attack, heart disease. I know one of the homeowner died because of heart problem while they sued him.

  3. Jennifer

Shawn Thornton is a owner/manager of Alpha Management Association firm and might be only employee of this management firm too.

Wayne Kuberiet is shared owner (2013) of a property on Fox Hollow which behind Liberty middle school. He came from New Jersey and used to work at New Jersey Animal Control.

  4. Glorida

Hey Jen, not only two of them (Shawn & Wayne), Mark Adams too. Is he richer after he joined the board? Who knows? He became a owner of couple businesses including A/C service and finger prints something. Before joining the board, he was not a owner of any companies…

  5. Van

Hi rosie, this is Van. I think my dad has the same problem with your parents. They continue following bite my dad even though they know my dad is having terminal illness (cancer stage 4 and was given out 6 months to live, my dad got cancer due to their attacks since many years). Nothing they claims is my dad’s faults. They created faulty and forced him to pay, they sued him, made a hearing then mediation… Now, they know they’re unable to win him, then they trapped him around for new things. I’ll send you an email soon when I got to my laptop. I’ll sue them for making my dad getting cancer including their property managers, lawyers, all board directors, ABR and whoever involved. I think we need to take all them down and stop use that stupid property manager and Chinese last name lawyer.

  6. Van

and DHN Attorneys P.A. (is owned by a Vietnamese last name lawyer). I’ll let entire Vietnamese American community know about this law firm together with entire white board directors and property manager doing/trying to get elderly and minority homeowners’ money and properties.

*I have never have such a thing distinct between races but now I do because these people (property manager, board directors and their Chinese lawyer) make me become like that.

  7. Van

I wish I can shooooothem. I should be going to learn how.

  8. Jose Torres's Case (Dorothy Torres)

Elderly blind man says homeowner’s association fined him $2,000 for weeds in his yard
    https://www.wftv.com/news/action9/elderly-blind-man-says-homeowners-association-ran-up-2000-fines/UCUD6LBKLZAQFJWNQ7Y6SHRC5I/

Jose Torres is 79 years old and legally blind. He faced $2,200 in homeowner association fines for weeds.

Ulrich contacted the association’s attorney multiple times. There’s been no response.

Since Jose Torres contacted us, the association did offer to lower the fees by $500.

Jose Torres said he’s always been willing to meet with the HOA board, resolve this and spend money on new grass but not the inflated fines.

  9. Jose Torres's Case (Dorothy Torres)

Ulrich asked local HOA attorney Barbara Stage to review all the documents. She said the association failed to follow state rules since it assessed a fine before mediation.

“You cannot include any assessment, fine, or any other financial obligation and that includes attorney fees,” Stage said.

    Hey Rosie,

Are your parents still having problems with Chickasaw Trails?

  11. Rosalie

Yes, They still are. Been dealing with the issues. If you sent me your email or phone number I will contact you. If you are on Nextdoor you can see people are finally speaking up. If not get on it and speak up. Chickasaw trails HOA NEEDS TO IMPROVE OR GET NEW MEMBERS. let’s get this done by everyone participating and speaking up. The more votes the more we can do as homeowners together. My email: Rmolina1010@yahoo.com or the previous email.
